Ingredients:
- 2 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
- 1 large carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup optional
- Ice cubes optional
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish optional
Instructions:
Add the ripe peaches, chopped carrot, lemon juice, almond milk, and optional honey or maple syrup to a blender
If you like your smoothie cold, you can also add a handful of ice cubes to the blender
